I first went to The Palomar back in 2015 when it first opened. I was impressed from the start and regularly go back with friends. The menu is influenced by the rich cultures of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant, which is what? I hear you ask… its delicious israeli cuisine in my opinion.

Do try to sit at the bar to watch the chefs cook the meals, its worth the expirennce and they are upbeat and quick to recommed the best dishes on the menu. This is a fun restaurant. I guarantee it will get your taste buds flowing with new and exciting dishes.
